Sign in, open Account, and choose Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm. This removes your user login.
Email biopureproducts@gmail.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will verify you control the address before acting, and confirm when it's done.
Compliance records belong to the dental practice, not to an individual user. Deleting your login does not delete the practice's inspection history, container replacement, disposal, or repair records.
40 CFR 441.50 generally requires a dental discharger to retain those records for at least three years, and the One-Time Compliance Report for as long as the practice operates. Deleting them on one user's request could put the practice out of compliance. Where a record names you as the person who performed an inspection, that attribution is part of the record the rule requires and is retained.
An authorized owner or administrator can close the whole practice account. Before we do, we will give you an export of every record so the practice keeps its own copy. Contact us to arrange it.
We action deletion requests within 30 days. Backups are purged on their normal rotation, which may take up to a further 90 days.
